1. What products do you sell?
We specialize in women’s necklaces, crafted with care and designed to complement any style. Our collection includes necklaces for everyday wear, special occasions, and gift-giving.

2. Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within Poland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How much does shipping cost?

4. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping within Poland typically takes 3–7 business days.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the courier’s website.

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods available on our website at checkout, including credit/debit cards and online payment systems supported by Shopify.

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
